The Junior Uganda Chamber of Energy and Minerals (JUCEM) is proud to introduce specialized training programs aimed at nurturing young professionals into proficient contributors to Uganda’s Energy and Mineral Sectors. These programs provide essential technical and personal development skills to excel in a competitive job market.

  • Equip youth with essential technical, professional, and soft skills for job readiness.

TARGET GROUP:

  • Primary Target: Youth aged 18–35 interested in the mining and energy sectors.
  • Secondary Target: Academic institutions, youth organizations, and early-career professionals.

DURATION: 

Program Length: 4 Hours.

Session Frequency: 2 sessions per module, spread across the training calendar.

      • Workplace etiquette and professionalism.
      • Verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
